Wez started out in business at the age of 18 running a couple of athletic footwear stores around Brisbane, Australia. This is where he got his training ground for business, sales, marketing, financials, recruitment, leadership and business growth. Wez went on to win many industry awards at a very young age to be a top performer in retail sales.



As a young man Wez travelled back to the U.K. where he was originally from and set up a window cleaning company with a good friend. They built that business to over 800 houses on a 6 week cycle. As Wez and his friend were heading into his third winter cleaning windows in the U.K. they decided to sell that business. After only a short period Wez had cold feet so he set about building another window cleaning business, this time focused more on commercial contracts rather than residential homes. Having built another business Wez decided to sell it again and head back to the warmer weather of Australia.



Once back in Australia Wez decided to start another business but this time he wanted to get into a more professional services industry (which secretly means that he wanted to wear suits) and he started a business brokering technology such as phones, internet and electricity. Wez built this business over 3 years and sold the trail income.



An event happened in 2004 that saw Wez become a Christian. His faith is what drives him now to be the best that he can be and help as many others as he can along the way. Wez soon realised that everything he had learned about business could be traced back to the Bible and so now he endeavours to find all of the wisdom that is in the Bible and make it available to his clients.

During his time in his last business Wez met a fellow who called himself a Business Coach. This sparked Wez’s attention and after further investigation Wez realised that his gifts and talents (which is code for bluntness and straight talking) made him the perfect coach. Wez became a licensed Business Coach in August 2006 and has gone on to coach and mentor over 230 businesses.



Two years ago Wez was itching for a new challenge so he set about building a new industry. Wez and a college friend built the world’s first video based business automation solution. It allowed business owners to capture all the systems and processes in a business in video format and make it available to their team via cloud technology. Wez launched the product in 4 countries and even though today Wez has sold his major shareholding in that company it goes on to sell right around the world.

In recent years Wez has been a sought after speaker to business groups, networking groups, chambers of commerce and churches around Australia. Wez speaks with passion and leadership and his ‘No-Holds Barred’ approach to learning is what his clients say they enjoy the most.

Wez is a husband to Kimberly and father to Charlie-Grace. He spends his weekends enjoying family time, usually Jet Skiing on the Gold Coast. Wez is committed his life to serving as many business owners as he can and being a light to the world at the same time.
